Bonifacio (Bunifaziu).
It is located south of Corsica.
Its thousand-year-old fortress has an incredible history and a strategic location, privileged with a wide view of the town, from the heights. added to its historical monuments, small houses and narrow cobbled streets, make this an incredible place with an enviable tranquility, surrounded by an incredible landscape.
Many national and international tourists arrive at the port, mainly Italians, due to its proximity to the island of Sardinia (Sardegna, Italy). It is a complicated town to walk around, since it has many climbs in its main streets. However, reaching the center, the streets are small and there it is pleasant and almost mandatory to walk through its small corridors.

THE THREE LINES AND THE TRIANGLE
Gabriel learned at an early age to satisfy his father's expectations of him, it was enough to learn the name of his favorite painters and memorize a couple of his father's arguments, regarding any topic that was discussed with the members of the Caviar Collective, the group of intellectuals to which his father belonged and of which he was the leader due to his outstanding talent with the brush. Gabriel could spend an entire afternoon playing video games in his room, but when he went out to the living room, he carried a book with him, so he remained his father's pride, being an only child. His father, Maestro Arteaga, so called in the artistic community, was disciplined and passionate about his profession, he could spend days locked up working on his works. For his part, Gabriel had already managed to seduce the hatred of his own and strangers, replicating his father's arguments in the debates at the arts school. The problem was when in the final work of one of his classes, he delivered a painting of a discreet or null quality, that unleashed the ridicule of his classmates.
When Master Arteaga presented Gabriel's work to Don Faustino, he did not hesitate to be subtle, and mentioned that he was sorry, but that it seemed painted with his feet, Don Faustino was one of the most respected curators in the country, hated by his outspokenness, but respected for his ability to discover new talent. The past of Maestro Arteaga in the neighborhoods of the city came to light with the punch that sent Don Faustino to the ground, due to his sincerity and daring. Deep down, that truth had hurt the Master more than the blow to Don Faustino.
The ridicule had reached the Caviar Collective, the most respected artistic group in the city, known for its high level of demand to belong to it, only children of celebrities or people with European roots, of dubious origin, could belong to it. The exception had been Maestro Arteaga, a normal story, but with an outstanding talent, although uncomfortable for the members of lesser interference, due to the roots and their expressions, sometimes not "correct".
Master Arteaga sent Gabriel to France for a couple of months, so that he could take inspiration from landscapes, which was the genre in which he specialized. Already in France his father called him at least once a week, to know how the progress of his works was going. Gabriel had bought a couple of brushes and a TV when he arrived in France, the brushes never took them out of the bag they came in, however, as it was already his great ability, he knew how to tell his father what he wanted to hear, who always trusted him. All the money was spent on wine, a taste that he had inherited from his father, as well as a taste for women. This is how I spent my days in France. He would go to bars, meet French girls, talk to them in English about his projects and upcoming paintings.
In order for the story to be credible and to be able to invite them to his apartment, he had decorated everything just like a replica of his father's study. In the center he left an easel, with a canvas and painted three lines and a triangle, to make the painter's set seem more real. They were immediately fascinated and so seduced them. One of them was called Rosette, and she was also a painter, when she entered her apartment, she was surprised by those three lines with the triangle. He thought it was a joke, since he had done it almost without thinking. For his part, Maestro Arteaga needed to prove to himself, and to his Caviar Collective, that his son was not lacking in talent like the other members.
The Collective clearly sought to exhibit Gabriel as a failure, not for him, but for the Master, there was a certain perverse pleasure in them when they saw a weak point in Master Arteaga. So they decided to ask Gabriel to send a work, so they would exhibit it as a surprise for his father at the opening of his next exhibition on the landscapes of the south of the country.
On the day of the inauguration, the group expected the resounding failure of their son and consequently the curiosity of seeing a great art fall. Master Arteaga, as always, had faith in his son, although sometimes he wondered if he was not only a father who wanted the best for his son, but did not know how his son could achieve it on his own. In the main room there was a huge painting covered with a cloth, one of the members of the group presented the painting, as the heir of the Master, with a certain air of sarcasm, which Master Arteaga obviously perceived, but for him it was important stand firm and confident. After the introduction they pulled the canvas, and the room was silent, the work three lines and a triangle was an embarrassment for Master Arteaga, when he saw it he felt like disappearing from the place immediately, he felt a cold air and thought that they had won in the dispute of the ego, his colleagues in the collective. But surprisingly, without thinking that this was good, the entire room applauded the work of Gabriel Arteaga. For the first time in many years, he felt that the suit was squeezing him again, accompanied by a strange smell in the environment, as if he had left the bathroom door open.
